Well, i can tell you that no one is a fan of rules, but they have to be written to keep people in their place and prevent havoc! So, below we do indeed have the rules. Take a look at them before you do anything, because if you break one you will be in a lot of trouble, wanna know why;
» There is one rule that must be obeyed by all; respect the staff, members and guest. You wouldn't want a poor innocent kitten to die now, would we? Remember that, break a rule and you kill a kitten, and kittens are to cute to kill!
» We do not tolerate racism or discrimination, nor cyber bullying. This can cause you a permanent ban, and any staff member would really hate to ban you, it isn't the easiest thing to do but if we have to, we will! We want to make sure that all of our members feel comfortable in the site, and we do not want them to be insulted.
» You can swear here, we're all grown up enough to hear the odd swear word or two, but; their are certain words that are not aloud here, being that i and probably other people get quite uncomfortable with the definition of the word. Bitch, Shit, Crap, Fuck; They are aloud. PLEASE, don't go over the top.
» If your character doesn't get along with another character, fine; don't bring that out of character though. We'd hate to have to log in one day and see to people have been fighting in the C-box or created a topic about someone else.
» Okay, when joining, please join with either your character first name, or their first and last name. Example; scarlettroberts, or if you don't want to do it like that, scarlett. It won't affect your life, so don't worry. It just makes the site look neater, so we don't want anything like; pottergal4eva. No thank you, first name and last name or just first name please.
» Before you complete your application or even after, please change your username to your characters, first, middle and last name please. In capital letters, BETHANY ADRIANNA SMITH. Once again, it looks neater and that is how we would like it.
» When your accepted or before, which ever suits you best, make your claims. This goes for Face claim, qudditch teams, magical abilities, prefects etc. If you don't make your claim and someone takes the celebrity your using, tough luck.
» If you've got an eye on a cannon, then we'd like to let you know if you take up the cannon you want, you must have a impressive application and stay active. So if your not always online or sometimes only post a paragraph, don't apply for one, m'kay?
» There is no limit on characters. All we ask is that you can keep them active. M'kay? So just remember that!
» When roleplaying please don't powerplay or godmod, if you do i won't be happy because i simply hate people that do this, unless you have permission by the person your roleplaying with, if so, leave a note in case a admin peers in. Example; Now Paul was very irritated by Florence, grabbing her hair tightly he smacked her in the face, causing her nose to bleed, then she fell to the floor crying. Noooo, it isn't aloud! Kiss the ground. Having your character beaten up by someone who godmods is a awful experience, believe me! If you want to godmod ask the player for permission first and then PM either Unknown Stranger or Addicted so we don't lock your thread and move it to the graveyard.
» We're all aware not everyone will be able to post 1'000 words or more, some of us can but half of us can only seem to force 600 or 700 words out of our selfs. So, when posting the minim is 200 words, no less than that. No one liners either, it is hard to reply to one liners!
» Grammar. Please remember to check your spelling, if you know you can't spell, please click the spell check button before you post your reply, since I'd hate to have to site their and try and figure out your post.
» Please post in third person, not first, so none of i walked down the road with my friend, no thank you; Tina walked down the road with her friend. Looks much better, doesn't it?
» If you have more than one character and see someone has posted in a thread with your other character, please don't reply to the wrong character and put ( POSTING AS REBBECCA ), seriously, it makes me go all what the frank!? Who am i roleplaying with here?! Don't be lazy, post with the right character.
» If your going to get your character pregnant or kill them off, PM a admin first! We don't want loads of teenage mothers around or suicidal hufflepuffs. That would just be like a hogwarts asylum really, and we wouldn't like that, would we?[/blockquote][/blockquote][/size]
» All accounts must have an avatar and a signature! Though they can't be anything to reveling of course, no topless women please, I'd prefer to keep my eyes direct to wards the opposite see rather than the same sex thank you.
» Avatars must be 150x200 or 100x100 and signatures can either be 400x300 or two pictures which should be 200x300. Remember, if you can't find any graphics for your character, you can always check on CAUTION 2.0 or just ask someone else on the site to help you out!
