Lily wasn't expecting it to be rainy at all and she was bored stuck inside the dorm room. She didn't like these days at all where you had nothing to do but homework. She sat there and thought for a moment and really wanted to go outside but knew her big brother probably wouldn't be happy that she decided to go outside while it's pouring rain and that it was really coming down! She let out a smile and rushed upstairs and put on her rain gear and went out the dorm room and the common room only to go back and get her umbrella and then went out into the corridors.
Walking towards the door was the hardest things to do but she managed to get there and walk out the doors and opening to her door and went outside not noticed by the Professors and the first puddle she saw she went and jumped into a puddle with a smile on her face. She was quite happy to be outside in the rain. she twirled in a circle and smiled for joy and let out a happy sigh. She dropped her umbrella and twirled again.

Ted's quill twirled in his fingers as he stared sullenly out the open window. The clouds were as gray as slate and the rain showered the grounds merrily, almost in a sick kind of mockery. Ted wasn't even himself today--with the perpetual rainstorm he was gloomier (being the kind of guy that loved being outdoors) and his hair conveyed the feeling, colored only in the mutest of browns. His eyes were actually their natural color for once a gray-blue.
What a booooore... Teddy thought grumpily. There was nothing to do today and the Common Room was starting to get stuffy. People milled about tiredly, as if the storm had taken all their energy with it. Scrolls and parchment were laid across every surface as students tried in vain to do some homework.
Ted leaned back in his chair until it was balanced on the last two legs. And that was precisely the moment he saw Lily Potter bounding down the stairs in her rain gear. Mostly out of surprise he tipped a little too far and crashed onto the floor. The commotion went unnoticed, however, his peers used to his antics.
He quickly got up, left the chair toppled and his "almost finished" homework on the table. He didn't even bother to change--he wore an old sweatshirt and some sweatpants and scurried after Luna. Not even surprised when she slipped through the door unnoticed.
Teddy did the same and was soaked within seconds. His hair hung in wet clumps and his sweatshirt felt like ten pounds already. But he was grinning at Luna and felt more alive now than this morning.
"Lily Luna Potter! What would your father say? You could catch the cold!" Ted shouted in his best impression of Ginny Potter. He could see her now: red hair flying and eyes filled with a wrath unlike any other.
Not even Ted wanted to cause too much trouble with Ginny floating around.
He stomped in a puddle, now wet and muddy himself. Lily was his favorite Potter, other than Harry, simply because she was more fun and (usually) more understanding than her brothers. While Ted liked them all as if they were his own family, Lily just stuck out like a sore thumb and Teddy liked the little girl's constant need to make a good prank.

Lily loved jumping in the puddles and jumped in every puddle she could see. She loved playing in the rain. She thought she was the only one who was outside and she laughed when a puddle went away from her. She twirled around and ran into another puddle. She was so happy to be outside in the rain and was dancing from one puddle to the next. Her umbrella was still on the ground and her hair was soaked and so were her socks but the rest of her under the rain gear was dry! She wondered what her mother would say to her at this moment.
She stopped though when she heard someone impersonated her mother and turned around and saw Teddy standing there. “TEDDY!” she yelled with a smile on her face. “Don’t go sounding like my mother!” she said with a playful smile on her face. She was kidding of course mainly because she loved it how he tried to sound like her mother. “Just kidding!” she said for a moment and smiled when she saw Teddy and realized that she he was most definitely the best person to hang around with. She does know that he likes her cousin Victoria but he was also an awesome person to hang around with and especially since he liked to pull pranks.
Lily stopped for a moment and looked at Teddy and had to laugh. “You’re soaked from head to toe!” she said for a moment with a laugh. “I myself isn’t soaked from head to toe. My head is wet yes and so are my toes but my clothes aren’t!” she said for a moment. She sure hoped that a professor wouldn’t come out there and see them playing. “Anyways I was thinking about setting a prank for Professor Snape!” she said with a smile on her face.

Ted laughed at Lily and her "proclamation" that she was happily dry and he was so obviously... not. It was true. Ted actually looked saddened for a moment, as if her truths were hurtful, until he grinned and jumped in a puddle right beside the youngest Potter and splashed her with it.
"Best watch your mouth Lils," Teddy warned with a mischievous grin. "Or I'll have to get a perfect revenge later, sense you're so dry now. Maybe spiders in your bed?"
They both knew he was kidding, surely. ...Maybe.
When Lily announced she had a plan for a prank Ted was instantly interested. It had been awhile sense anyone had conducted a good prank, the castle too quiet and foreboding. It definitely could use a prank to shake things up again.
And when Lily stated it was centered around Professor Snape, well, Ted couldn't be more excited.
He didn't like Professor Snape. He had a million reasons, all justified in his head. For one, he had it on record that Snape and his dead father were bitter enemies. Snape even tried his hardest to get his father thrown out of the school, simply because he was a werewolf. As far as Teddy was concerned Snape's loathing was a good reason to hate him already. Of course, it didn't help things that he was a Gryffindor, sucked badly at Potions, and was the son of Remus Lupin. When you put all those things together... you were just asking for a bad relationship.
"Alright, so you got me interested. What's the plan?"
He was already on board and ready for action.
